Antique Restaurant Furniture Restoration.

First of all it is advisable to always use rubber gloves and masks when handling chemicals and always in a ventilated area. If the cabinet has woodworm a very effective remedy is to treat it with turpentine oil or formalin (sold at pharmacies) any of these products can be applied by using a syringe and introducing a little of the product to each of the holes.

This treatment is carried out twice to make sure it is effective. Each time you perform the operation cover the furniture with plastic and leave it a week before the next injection, the next step would be to spray it with xilamon or any similar product (antixilofago) and then proceed to plug the holes with a plaster or wax the same color as the Restaurant Chairs, there are a few bars of wax of different colors for this, but if you do it yourself dissolve beeswax in hot water bath and stir in colored ground (sold in drugstores as closely specialized furniture color) when the color completely dissolves remove from heat and allow to harden, then proceed to plug the holes. If you want to give your Restaurant Booths a natural wax doing the same but remove from heat and when add a little warm spirits of turpentine to make it a creamy paste. Although the cream does not last for more than a few months in the furniture it is easy to create it again and to reapply when needed.

If you want to give a patina of antique to your Restaurant Furniture try this: a box silicone-free natural wax (can be color) and a bit of asphalt; mix well and rub all sizes into all of the furniture nooks and crannies with a brush to make it look older and antiquated. Then buff the furniture with a dry cloth.

Elvis Presley – A Short Bio

Elvis Presley, the great rock and roll singer was born in Mississippi on the 8th of January, 1935. Once he finished high school, he had to take odd jobs to keep the income coming in. Elvis started off his singing career singing as ‘A Hillbilly Cat’ in local setups. After this, he signed up with a local recording studio in Memphis, Tennessee. Later, in order to showcase his talent to a broader audience, in 1965 he signed a contract with RCA.

Elvis Presley was instrumental in raising rock and roll music to the high pedestal that it currently enjoys. It has been accepted and acknowledged by people across color and creed boundaries. Thus, Elvis Presley was rightly nicknamed ‘The King’ of Rock and Roll.

The charisma and handsome looks of Elvis Presley ensured that he had a large female fan following. His blatant sexual gyrations on stage, considered vulgar by some, had women swooning all over him.

Apart from being an on-stage performer, Elvis has some major on-screen exploits as well. He began his acting career with television and then went on to act in 33 movies. The critics did not hold his acting skills in high regard however most of his movies did well at the box office.

Elvis undertook a stint with the US army, which saw him travel to Germany where he met his to-be wife Priscilla Ann Wagner. After a long live-in relationship, the couple got married and had a child. A few years later however, the marriage ended in a divorce. Coping with a broken marriage and the stress of constant travel took its toll on Elvis, who breathed his last at the age of 42 in his Graceland mansion on the 16th of August, 1977.
